On July 16, the 11th Wu Wenjun Award Ceremony for Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology, known as the “Highest Award for China’s Intelligent Science and Technology”, was held in Beijing. Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award is sponsored by the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence. It is supported by Wu Wenjun, a pioneer and leader of China’s intelligent science research, the winner of the first National Highest Science and Technology Award, an academician of the CAS Member, and the honorary chairman of the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence. It is the first award named “artificial intelligence” in Chinese history, and is qualified to nominate and recommend the National Science and Technology Award. So far, the “Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award” has successfully held the 10th review and commendation activities, which has provided strong support for vigorously carrying forward the spirit of scientists, encouraging the emergence of innovative talents, strengthening the endogenous power of scientific and technological innovation, promoting the transformation and integration of AI and traditional industries, and promoting the high-quality development of economy and society.
